Welcome back to The Ready Player Lift Podcast. Summer is here so it's time to dig deep mentally and reflect on how far we've come- or what's keeping us from progressing. I wanted to talk about generational behaviors that have molded us into who we are today. Sometimes, the way you were brought up, can have a massive effect on the small changes you are trying to make physically and mentally.

On the lighter side of things, I go over my honest impression of the Mass Effect Legendary Edition. I have a whole new take on it all these years later. Let me know what you think if you've had a chance to replay the trilogy.
